本隱私權政策說明我們的行動遊戲 合而為十(「本 App」)如何蒐集、使用與分享資訊。下載或使用本 App 即表示你同意本政策所述的做法。
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information in the mobile game Decadoku (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
重點摘要:本 App 不要求你建立帳號,也不會蒐集你的姓名。遊戲進度儲存在你的裝置上。我們透過第三方服務(Google AdMob 廣告、Google Firebase 分析、Apple Game Center 與 App 內購買)提供廣告、分析與遊戲功能,這些服務會處理裝置與使用資料,詳見下文。
In short: the App does not require an account and does not collect your name. Your game progress is stored on your device. We use third-party services (Google AdMob ads, Google Firebase analytics, Apple Game Center, and in-app purchases) to provide ads, analytics, and game features. Those services process device and usage data, as described below.

儲存在你裝置上的資料Data stored on your device
遊戲進度、已解鎖關卡、完成時間與設定(例如音效、語言)儲存在你的裝置本機(UserDefaults),不會傳送到我們的伺服器。
Game progress, unlocked levels, completion times, and settings (such as sound and language) are stored locally on your device (UserDefaults) and are not sent to our servers.

- 提供與維護遊戲功能(關卡進度、排行榜、成就、購買)。To provide and maintain game features (progress, leaderboards, achievements, purchases).
- 顯示廣告(在你尚未購買「移除廣告」時),並衡量廣告成效。To show ads (unless you have purchased "Remove Ads") and to measure ad performance.
- 了解整體使用狀況,以改善遊戲體驗與穩定性。To understand aggregate usage and improve the experience and stability.
- 防止濫用、偵錯並維護安全。To prevent abuse, debug, and maintain security.

4. 廣告與「App 追蹤透明度」(ATT)4. Advertising & App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
本 App 透過 Google AdMob 顯示廣告。依 Apple 規定,我們會在使用廣告識別碼(IDFA)進行追蹤前,先顯示「App 追蹤透明度」要求視窗。若你拒絕,你仍可正常遊玩,並會看到「非個人化」廣告。你可隨時在 iOS 的「設定 › 隱私權與安全性 › 追蹤」變更選擇。購買「移除廣告」後,App 將不再顯示廣告。
The App shows ads via Google AdMob. As required by Apple, we present the App Tracking Transparency prompt before using the advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking. If you decline, you can still play normally and will see non-personalized ads. You can change your choice anytime in iOS under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Purchasing "Remove Ads" stops ads from being shown.
5. 兒童隱私5. Children's privacy
本 App 為一般大眾設計,並非以未滿 13 歲(或你所在地區同等年齡)的兒童為對象,我們也不會在知情的情況下蒐集兒童的個人資料。若你認為兒童在未經同意下提供了資料,請與我們聯絡,我們將予以刪除。建議家長為兒童啟用裝置層級的家長監護。
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data without consent, please contact us and we will delete it. We encourage parents to use device-level parental controls.
6. 你的選擇與權利6. Your choices & rights
- 追蹤:在「設定 › 隱私權與安全性 › 追蹤」開啟或關閉 App 追蹤;也可重設廣告識別碼。Tracking: enable or disable app tracking in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking; you can also reset your advertising identifier.
- 廣告:購買「移除廣告」即可停止顯示廣告。Ads: purchase "Remove Ads" to stop ads.
- Game Center:可在 iOS 的 Game Center 設定中管理你的帳號與隱私。Game Center: manage your account and privacy in the iOS Game Center settings.
- 本機資料:刪除 App 即會移除儲存在裝置上的進度資料。Local data: deleting the App removes the progress data stored on your device.
- 地區性權利:依當地法律(如 GDPR、CCPA),你可能享有查詢、更正或刪除資料等權利。如需行使,請與我們聯絡。Regional rights: depending on your local laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data. Contact us to exercise them.
7. 資料保存7. Data retention
裝置上的本機資料會保留到你刪除 App 為止。由第三方服務處理的資料,其保存期間依各服務的政策而定。
Local data on your device is kept until you delete the App. Data processed by third-party services is retained according to those services' own policies.
8. 國際資料傳輸8. International data transfers
上述第三方服務可能在你所在國家以外的伺服器處理資料。使用本 App 即表示你了解此類傳輸可能發生。
The third-party services above may process data on servers outside your country. By using the App, you understand that such transfers may occur.
